We developed the waste radiator crushing and sorting line in 2009. In the past ten years, we have been based on the actual operating experience feedback from customers, and through continuous innovation and optimization, we strive to maintain the industry’s leading level and create better solutions for our customers. High efficiency. So far, nearly 100 sets of waste radiator crushing and sorting lines have been installed worldwide, which shows that our customers are highly recognized by us. This production line is a product independently developed by our company and has obtained a national invention patent.

 

Purpose: Recycling the disassembled radiators of air conditioners, automobiles, etc., and sorting out the copper, iron, and aluminum among them.

 

Process introduction: Put the material into a double-shaft shredder for coarse crushing, and then a hammer crusher for fine crushing. The length of the crushed material is about 3CM. A high-magnetic magnetic separator is used to separate the iron, copper and aluminum mixture. High-purity copper and aluminum are separated by an air separator, with a purity of up to 99%.

Since 2009, we have been researching and developing waste radiator recovery and treatment equipment, which has been updated to the fifth generation. 2. Compared with the processing technology of European and American countries, our treatment process has lower metal loss, minimizes the number of times when the material is broken, and ensure material separation under maximum condition, so as to reduce the generation of metal powder and increase the recovery rate. The copper output size is about 3CM.

3. The radiator with iron frame can be directly put into the machine for processing, the first shredder machine using a two-axis design, with low noise, large torque, can tear up the larger size of the radiator.

4. Using air flow separation, high separation precision, copper, aluminum purity up to 99%, simple operation.

5. With closed processing and dust collection system, which effectively control the dust overflow.
